API Stock Tank Water Heater and Deicer Universal Drain Plug De-Icer 1500 Watt.  Pre-owned and works great!  Never had an issue with frozen water and temperature made it more appealing for my horses to drink.  Has an auto shutoff at 40° so you aren't wasting energy on warmer days.  Gasket and cord are in good condition.  Moved to a warmer climate so I won't be needing it anymore!  Great way to no longer have to break ice in your tank without spending all the money on new!  There is NO warranty on this item.  It worked when I took it out this spring.
