    This is an original very large Antique dog drawing in pencil/graphite by the well known English specialist dog artist H.W. Hellings fully signed by him bottom left and dated to circa 1916 featuring a superb study of a Saint St Bernard dog with his stylish Lady owner on thick card, in good original condition, in its original carved oak frame and backing, overall size including frame approx. 22" x 15.5" this is an original Hellings drawing of superb quality, Hellings came from the Ipswich area of Suffolk England, he later travelled to and painted in the USA, his work usually dates to the period 1900-1920.
