New metal water valve - complete including instruction booklet (not shown in pics). I've never used the metal ones - we had a lot of the plastic ones on the horse boarding ranch I used to work on, and they worked really well.  This one looks really well-built and has the brackets, hardware (including brass float pin) - ready to go.
