NEW 2 Stage CO2 regulator system - Planted Aquarium Tank/ Calcium Reactor, SS

Description

This is a NEW custom built high purity multi stage 10-25 PSI CO2 system. This system is perfect for reactor systems (DIY, Rex Griggs, NilocG, etc.) for full CO2 saturation. Both stages passed full leak down test prior to assembly for safe, leak free performance. Assembled and run for 72 hours to ensure perfect operation, fine adjustment and zero leaks. This custom build includes all new 316SS fittings:
**New never used Airgas Y12-244A double stage Regulator, CGA 320. Laboratory grade ultra high purity multi stage regulator. 316L stainless steel diaphragm. 2.5” WIKA gauges. Both stages passed leak down test & internal components are in flawless condition. Allows for very precise adjustment of delivery pressure from 10-25 PSI.
**Clippard EV Mouse Solenoid: The all new Clippard EV solenoid unit uses extremely low power (0.67 watts at the rated voltage) and is cool running. It is light in weight, compact in size and rated at @ 1,000,000,000 cycles. Low 12volt D.C. input moves the spider in extremely fast response time, 5 to 10 milliseconds. Perfect for our aquarium use. Wiring includes DC quick connect plug and a new 12 VDC power adapter wall plug.
**Parker 2Z-NSL-BN-B- V Series 316SS Vernier handle metering valve: One of my personal favorites. Ultra fine Small “S” series, Precise stem taper accurately controls flow. Awesome for aquarium use providing consistent flow. CV: .039. Easily fine tunes CO2 from 1 bubble every few seconds and up & remains constant. You won’t have to adjust this valve daily.
**Included 10 psi break check valve plus 3’ of 1/4” tubing to connect to your check valve/bubble counter.
This system is perfect for fresh water planted tanks or calcium reactor.
I do not build bubble counters on top of needle valves. I prefer external/in line bubble counter to avoid any potential liquid from leaking back into the regulator system.
This is not a cheap single stage regulator that could experience end of tank dump. This custom build is made with quality components and designed to last decades. Add your own CO2 tank, bubble counter, secondary check valve & CO2 reactor/diffuser.
