    3 1/2 inch base
    I do not know the manufacture or pattern of this piece as it was part of my mother’s estate sale.
    Very nice , elegant piece
    The glass is full of luster
    No cloudiness
    Cruet & glass stopper
    No chips or cracks in the cruet
    I did notice see a small chip in the bottom of the stopper while taking photos
    The stop still sits correctly in the cruet
